Roles of a Direct Appointment Manager

  • Develop

    Strategize, develop and expand insurance business within his / her team.

  • Recruit

    Responsible in recruiting Wealth Planners who have high desire to achieve their life goals.

  • Advisory

    Ensure Wealth Planners are actively and professionally advising prospects and clients on setting personal financial goals.

  • Training

    Provides continuous training and development to team members to ensure professionalism in providing diverse portfolio of financial products.

If you find yourself having the above attributes, you will enjoy being part of the leadership team!
All you need is to meet our minimum requirements:

  • Diploma or above with min 3 years of working experience at supervisory level in marketing/ financial industry.
  • SPM with passing marks in at least 5 subjects (including Bahasa Malaysia) and min 5 years of working experience
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen or possess Malaysian PR
