Coverage
No benefit shall be payable for any medical treatment received by the insured member outside Malaysia, if the insured resides or travels outside Malaysia for more than 90 consecutive days.
Conditions
1.There must be an Employer-Employee relationship.
2.Once the employee resigns, the coverage will cease.
3.With co-payment of 80 / 20 in the event of R&B upgrade
4.NEW POLICIES - Applicable to companies taking up this policy for the first time
i.Pre-existing exclusion for 12 months
ii.Specified illness exclusion for 120 days
5.TAKE OVER POLICIES - Applicable to companies currently insured with a GHS scheme
6.Waiver of pre-existing exclusion and specified illness for existing employees and dependents (if applicable)
